Because some of the material on this product describes projects that could be dangerous, the user agrees to hold both Scientific American, Inc. and Bright Science, harmless and waive any and all claims against Scientific American, Inc. and Bright Science, their parent companies, officers, directors, members, employees, attorneys, agents, successors and assigns, resulting from any and all injuries incurred (including, but not limited to, personal injury, loss of life and/or property damage).

In no event will Bright Science or Scientific American, Inc. and their directors, officers, employees or agents be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, etc.) arising out of the use or inability to use the software even if Bright Science, LLC and/or Scientific American, Inc. have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages' the above limitations may not apply to you. The liability of Scientific American, Inc. and/or Bright Science to you for actual damages from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise), will be limited to $50.
